Power Neighbourhood Centre

A Grant of $45,000 was provided to Powerhouse Power Neighbourhood House in Ashwood for the expansion of their Activity Room. The House provides services to the local community, particularly those who are vulnerable. Our funding, together with state government funding support has enabled the project to proceed.

For the Neighbourhood House, the impact of the grant received is game changing. The expansion will enable us to double the number of groups and programs we can offer. This extension has been on our wish list for years and the financial support allows us to reach more locals, particularly those in vulnerable situations. There is a growing need for our services in our diverse local community and this grant will ensure we can expand our services and support.
