Nick Coker
CEO/Executive Director
Nick was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019, having been in the Senior Manager role since 2009. Nick oversees the banking operations across all four branches, mobile relationship managers and provides support to the Board . Nick is a career banker, having come to the Community Bank network from one of the major banks. Nick drives the business plans for each branch in conjunction with each manager and leads the community engagement programs.

Maggie Stamoulis
Senior Manager
Maggie was appointed to the role of Senior Manager in 2019 having been the Surrey Hills Branch Manager since 2016 and the Ashburton Branch Manager from 2015.

Jatin Awad
Senior Business Development Manager
Jatin is a Mobile Relationship Manager with over 20 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Jatin works with his customers to find the most suitable finance package and provides an on-going banking service for his clients. Jatin enjoys meeting with people in the local community to find outcomes that benefit both them individually and help grow our community as a whole. Jatin can visit customers at their business or home including after hours and on weekends.

Phil is a Mobile Relationship Manager with significant banking experience. Phil joined the CASH team in September 2022, having been employed with NAB as an inhouse lender at the Box Hill branch and previously Lilydale branch.

Bob Stensholt
Chair
BA, BD(Hons), M Int Law, Dip Phil (appointed February 2002)
Bob has had an extensive career including roles as a senior diplomat, Assistant Director General for AusAID, senior research fellow, consultant and for over ten years as the state Member of Parliament for Burwood. Bob was most recently a Chief of Staff to a Victorian Government Minister and is currently involved in many local community organisations.

Neil Dalrymple
Deputy Chair
Neil was appointed as a Director in July 2023. Neil has an inclusive and pragmatic approach to sports administration; he is strongly committed to organisational transparency and good corporate governance and has been highly successful in his endeavours within Australian sport for nearly three decades. He is currently the CEO of World Bowls and has previously been the CEO of Bowls Australia, NT Cricket and Softball Australia. Neil has an excellent understanding of and strong commitment to the myriad health and wellbeing benefits engagement with sport has for all Australians, regardless of gender, background or ability.

Aaron Knott
Business Development Manager
Aaron has been employed by the Bendigo Bank since 1999. He has worked in Albury/Wodonga and previously was the Surrey Hills Branch Manager. Aaron is actively involved in the local community and enjoys all sports and being outdoors. His is a Life Member of the Hawthorn Amateur Football still plays cricket for Bulleen Cricket Club.

Juliann has extensive experience in the accounting and finance fields. She has also provided corporate secretarial, management and governance consulting services over many years, and is a Non-executive Director on public and not for profit company boards.

Coral Ross
Director
Coral was appointed as a Director in December 2022. A professional journalist with more than 20 years’ experience, Coral has had an esteemed career in local government. She was a councillor at the City of Boroondara, for more than 18 years and served as Mayor of the City of Boroondara three times. Coral is passionate about gender equality and is the Chair of the Australian Gender Equality Council and was previously the President of the Municipal Association of Victoria.
Coral was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the 2021 Queen’s Birthday Honours. In 2019 Coral was inducted into the Victorian Women’s Honour Roll and in 2014 she was named as one of the 100 Women of Influence by Westpac/Fairfax. She is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Marketing Manager
Anna is the Marketing Manager supporting our four Community Bank branches. Anna joined our team at the beginning of 2016 after many years in various senior Marketing and Partnership Management roles.

Ian Dinnison
Treasurer
Ian has more than 35 years’ experience in industry, government departments and professional services firms in financial and management roles. He is the Chair of the Finance Committee and attends the Board and Audit and Governance Committee meetings as required as a non-voting member.

Steve Miller
Company Secretary
Steve has extensive experience in providing governance and corporate secretarial advice and consulting in the financial services industry and is legally qualified. He currently participates on the executive team of a large superannuation fund, contributing to its overall strategic direction and heading up the legal business area. Steve was also the fund’s company secretary for many years, and prior to this, practised in law firms both in Australia and overseas.
Steve is Chairman of the Audit & Governance Committee.

Claude Di Donato
Business Development Manager
Claude has been in the Finance Industry for over 30 years commencing his career in banking with the State Bank of Victoria. During that period he has spent the majority of his time within the residential mortgage space having held senior positions within the private banking departments at both the Commonwealth Bank & Citibank. Claude joined Bendigo Bank in 2023 and is honoured to continue his career with the Community Bank which has such a focus and tradition in both customer service and community engagement and support.
